Does our feedback matter as students?

I don't even bother with them because I know that they don't mean anything. The school keeps saying that it really does and that every response matters but I think they just toss it to the side. There are some teachers in my school that have been here for years, undergoing many harsh reviews, and the school looks to not do anything about it. I understand that people need jobs and that taking it away from a Professor is bad, but let him/her know that their lesson plan has to change.
